Wayne Alexander started SGS some 10 years ago in Melbourne. A qualified civil engineer, (B.E.Civil., Member of Institution of Engineers Australia) Wayne draws on over 17 years experience in the industry, working for leading manufacturers. Wayne has published technical papers in many conferences dealing with topics including Paving Fabrics, Silt Fences, Geogrid Reinforcement of Railtrack formation and Retaining Walls using Geogrids.

In Melbourne product manager Alf Brennan services the local Victorian market. Alf has many years business experience in construction equipment.

The recent expansion into Sydney is led by manager Matt Bailey. Until recently Matt ran his own successful landscape contract business. Prior to that Matt came from the UK, where he was a hardware supply manager. Matt is qualified with a diploma of horticulture.
