Jute Mat is a needle-punched, high-density matting made from natural 100% biodegradable, natural biege-coloured jute fibre. The jute fibre is needle-punched onto a light hessian scrim. Jute Mat forms a natural mulch mat, retaining soil moisture and helps prevent soil erosion. Heavy Jute Mat acts as a weed suppressant, whilst light jute is used to promote grass seed germination to promote
grass growth.
