The TITANBoomTM was developed to provide a complete 100% bottom seal to the seabed and use a more durable filter curtain fabric, this product is patent pending. 

The TITANBoomTM has a bottom tube which is filled with sand  (circumference is project specific dependent on the ballast needed), permeable filter curtain (length is project specific and dependent on depth of water), a load line pocket containing a 10,000 pound minimum load line, and a semi-permeable flotation collar (please see attached specifications and sketches).
